Chengdu ChenXian optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ChenXian Optoelectronics) was established on August 4, 2020. It is the first high-tech enterprise in mainland China specializing in the R & D, production and sales of TFT based Micro-LED. The company has a total investment of over RMB 4billion, led by Chengdu hi tech investment group and jointly invested by Sichuan provincial, municipal and district governments, with a total share ratio of over 81%. With the mission of "leading Micro-LED industry with scientific and technological innovation", ChenXian optoelectronics is committed to building a world leading new display enterprise.

In the company's R & D team, the number of personnel with master's and doctor's degrees accounts for more than 50%. By April 2026, 1215 patents had been applied for, of which invention patents accounted for more than 96%, and 594 patents had been authorized. ChenXian optoelectronics has built the first TFT based micro led pilot line in mainland China in only 10 months. It will light up the first TFT based micro led mass production line in mainland China at the end of 2024, and has launched a number of international / domestic first products. In 2025, ChenXian optoelectronics will take the lead in mass production and shipment.

ChenXian optoelectronics continues to overcome key technical problems in the micro led field, and has mastered a number of core technologies, such as massive transfer, drive architecture, seamless splicing, and hybrid bin technology. As the chairman unit of China's Micro led strategic alliance and the representative of China's new display industry, ChenXian optoelectronics continues to drive the enterprises on the chain to build a strong chain and achieve coordinated development, create an independent and controllable industrial chain, and promote the continuous growth of China's new display industry.
